Is anything overclocked? Did you make a full scan with MSE?

You need to update to the latest drivers for your graphic cards.
Click on the Start ► Control Panel ► Programs ► Uninstall a program ► Uninstall ATI the related stuff. Delete remnants of its drivers using Driver Sweeper. Now download the latest drivers from the manufacturers website or get them from filehippo.com. (avoid CCC - Catalyst control center during installation)
    Code:
    0: kd> lmvm atikmdag
    start end module name
    fffff880`084ac000 fffff880`08ecd000 atikmdag T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: atikmdag.sys

Hi koolkat, thank you for your reply.
Nothing Overclocked, and no, i didn't make a full scan.I installed and updated MSE but it couldn't start the service. Every time i try start or turn on the service, it automatically turns off.
I can't Update my graphic card, but i will as soon as possible.
I think it's my HD and i'm going to test it with another PC.
Or maybe it's because of old MoBo Drivers that doesn't support Ivy Bridge.

Last night i got another bsod this time 0x1e !

I'm not on the BSOD computer right now. I'll take a look at them as soon as I can.

Run this tool and delete anything it finds:

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:

Well, i know it was a stupid idea, but i re-installed windows on another computer, and everything works fine.
So HD is OK and i think it's not necessary to run System File Checker and TDSSKiller any more.
Now i'm sure its my MoBo but how can i fix this?

I Bought it about a year ago but, didn't use it until now.
Since i use an Ivy Bridge CPU on z68 Motherboard, is it possible that Intel(R) AHCI/RAID Driver or Intel Chipset Driver cause BSOD? Do i have to Update It's Drivers?

Yes update you chipset drivers. The Ivy Bridge is backwards compatible but may need a BIOS/UEFI update too. Go to the board makers site and grab all the new drivers from there.

Correction, yes you do have the latest BIOS. It is not unheard of for a new ASUS board to have problems.

Installed Latest Chipset/SATA Drivers still getting BSOD. (0xfc)

Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer, Windows Installer, and everything is crashing.

Ya might want to do this.
    And:
Some hardware tests to run. If they pass, return your motherboard.

    Graphics card:

    Hard drive(s):
Pick one for your HDD brand or use Seatools.

    RAM (memory):
This will require memtest on a bootable CD or USB stick.
