In safe mode, uninstall these programs ....
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\Advanced Fix 2012
    Start Menu\Programs\EVGA\EVGA OC Scanner X
    Start Menu\Programs\OCCT
    Start Menu\Programs\Privacy SafeGuard
    Start Menu\Programs\Alcohol 120%
Start Menu\Programs\RivaTuner v2.24 MSI Master Overclocking Arena 2009 edition
Menu\Programs\RivaTuner v2.24 MSI Master Overclocking Arena 2009 edition
    Upgrade these
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\Razor 1911
    Start Menu\Programs\Razor 1911\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim
Scan for virus infection, if any.

    Can you boot normally now?
