A crash in the file system driver, NTFS.SYS.

The most common causes would be "filter" drivers which inspect NTFS activity, such as anti-virus software in particular, file system damage, or disk hardware unreliability. Suggestions:

    1) Do a CHKDSK /R on the volume to perform both a low-level scan and a file system metadata checkup. This could take several hours or even a couple of days on some gargantuan drives with large numbers of small files.

    2) Update your anti-virus utility to the latest version.

    1. I did a CHKDSK /R on the volume, and it found nothing.
    2. I don't have any anti-virus software besides windows defender that windows 7 comes with.

(I havn't gotten another BSOD yet though)

Yes. It crashed while accessing (corrupted) memory which should have corresponded to a registry key.

You may have a bad driver throwing bad writes at memory which doesn't belong to it. There are some truly geriatric drivers on that box and updating or removing them, depending on whether you think they're still necessary, would be the obvious place to start. In no particular order:

I really think the wmp54gv41x86 is giving me trouble, I have the latest driver for it from the site, but it's giving me lag spikes when playing games, ect. I heard about the Ralink option, but the only drivers I could find were for 64 bit, but I'm running 32 bit, and the ralink site, had this installed, but I ran it, and nothing happened, and I tried manually installing w/e was in the ralink thing, but nothing was there, and nothing new was in system 32, so....anyone know how to get the 32-bit ralink drivers that work with wmp54g v4.1? On windows 7 ultimate 32 bit?
