Like the title says, I often get BSODs while randomly using my computer. It's never anything high stress, but it does happen more often when I put my computer to sleep and then turn it on.
EDIT: I also managed to take a picture of the error, if that helps at all.

Problematic software:
McAfee is a frequent cause of BSODs and I see that you have MSE and McAfee both installed. This would cause conflicts anyway. Please uninstall McAfee using the removal tool.Code:Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Public:Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Public
Recommended antivirus program for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:-
- Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
- Malwarebytes - The Free version
- Good and Free system security combination.
Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.
Free up your start-up, keep nothing except the antivirus.
Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:
