BSOD while in internet explorer, randomly crashes

Please help if you can. I have removed everything but my boot drive (SSD) and am running on board grahics. I continually get hangups and sometimes windows hangs and sometimes reboots and then wants to repair Windows. Today I also got a message saying I had no hard drive. UEFI is set to defaults. I am attaching the diagnostic zip from your tools. Thanks

    Welcome to SevenForums

Have you updated the firmware for your SSD? Bugcheck F4 is usually storage/hard drive related crash

Go through the thread below. It may help you with your issue

    Code:
    BDAgent	"c:\program files\bitdefender\bitdefender 2012\bdagent.exe"	Public	HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
    MSC	"c:\program files\microsoft security client\msseces.exe" -hide -runkey	Public	HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Running 2 antiviruses at the same time is not a good idea. Please uninstall Bit Defender while troubleshooting

Recommended antivirus program for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:-

Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated

Let us know if the thread helped

Thanks so much for your guidance. I previously updated the SSD firmware. I had tried to uninstall BitDefender prior to installing MSE, but it obviously did not complete successfully. I switched to MSE due to issues with creating a disk image backup in Windows 7 ultimate. It seems BitDefender hijacks part of the system reserved partition created by Windows. The Backup Failed when Creating System Image in Windows 7 After I followed the instructions to fix the reserved partition and then tried to remove BitDefender, I believe the BSOD problems were created.

I finally was able to uninstall BitDefender with the proper utility from the BitDefender web site. I installed Malware Bytes, ran a full scan, and it found no issues. The system seems more stable. I will monitor for a couple of days and then add back my hard drives and video card. I will report back when I verify the fix is permanent. Bitdefender was rated best in Maximum PC, but I will stay away until they correct this bug.

Well, things looked better for a week or so then we got a couple of blue screens. I am attaching a new problem report zip file. Please take a look and give me your suggestions on where to go next. Thanks again for your help.

Upload a screenshot of your hard disk using crystal disk info:

Re-seat the Sata and Power Cables and run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

Test your hard drive: Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure
Take memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.

The goal is to test all the RAM sticks and all the motherboard slots.

Check your motherboard manual to ensure the RAM sticks are in the recommended motherboard slots. Some motherboards have very specific slots required for the number of RAM sticks installed.

If you get errors, stop the test and continue with the next step.

    1. Remove all but one stick of RAM from your computer (this will be RAM stick #1), and run Memtest86 again, for 7 passes.
Be sure to note the RAM stick, use a piece of tape with a number, and note the motherboard slot.
If this stick passes the test then go to step #3.

    2. If RAM stick #1 has errors, repeat the test with RAM stick #2 in the same motherboard slot.
If RAM stick #2 passes, this indicates that RAM stick #1 may be bad. If you want to be absolutely sure, re-test RAM stick #1 in another known good slot.
If RAM stick #2 has errors, this indicates another possible bad RAM stick, a possible motherboard slot failure or inadequate settings.
    3. Test the next stick of RAM (stick #2) in the next motherboard slot.
If this RAM stick has errors repeat step #2 using a known good stick if possible, or another stick.
If this RAM stick has no errors and both sticks failed in slot#1, test RAM stick #1 in this slot.
    4. If you find a stick that passes the test, test it in all the other motherboard slots.

If Part 2 testing shows errors, and all tests in Part 3 show errors, you will need to test the RAM sticks in another computer and/or test other RAM in your computer to identify the problem.

In this way, you can identify whether it is a bad stick of RAM, a bad motherboard, or incompatibility between the sticks.

Take all time you need. I'm subscribed to your thread so I'll monitor from time to time.

Do post snips of your hard drive using crystal disk info if you can.

    Thank you.

I ran check disk and memtest and did not get any errors. I am attaching a copy of the screenshot from crystal disk info for your review.
