BSOD WHILE PLAYING fifa 13 AS WELL AS WATCHING MOVIE

    hi there,
m new to this forum. I replaced my msi mobo with gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3. And after formating and updating my new driver, i get BSOD while playing fifa 13 and watching movies. first i thought it might be graphic card issue, so i deleted the game however it still cause BSOD while watching movies. there is no specific times. it happens within 30 minutes or an hour.
    my pc specification are:
    cpu: Amd phenom 2 X2 550 BE .
    MOBO: gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
    Ram: transcend 2gb DDR3 1333mhz
GRaphic card: nvidia geforce 9500gt 1GB(however its not working, as it s not been detected in device manager nor able to install the drivers)
INbuild grpahic card: ATI AMD 760G

I did a windows memeory test as well as memtest86 v4.20. and no error was detected till the test passed for 8 times. ANd i checked the dump files in bluescreen viewer its says :

    ntoskrnl.exe and gdrv.sys.

I also did a hard-disk checking..no error has been detected.

here are the zip files uploaded using SF Diagnostic tool:
