    BSOD twice in three days now showing MTXPSERD.dll -Minidump attached


    Got a workstation running Windows 7 Professiona, 64 bit. Has randomly BSOD twice now in three days. On the BSOD states something about MTXSPERD.dll. Have attached Minidump so any help would be really appreiciated.

    The crash was triggered by Blpcbbap.exe, which may be a program or Malware since I couldn't find any information on that. Your remote desktop driver was also involved, any software using Remote desktop connections may be the cause.

    The main cause is the Matrox Parhelia Display Driver(MTXPSERD.dll), that should be updated or reinstalled.

    Run a Malwarebytes scan

    You unfortunately also have obsolete drivers installed, the software using them should either be remove be updated to their latest versions:

    The driver used by Altiris Agent dates back to 2007 and is fairly old, update it.
