As you've tried a couple imaging/cloning apps and were unsuccessful I would try and copy your critical personal files to external media first. If Hitachi's SMART reporting conforms to the way some of the other manufacturers do their reporting (manufacturers are not bound to report to a certain standard) it looks to me that the drive has already remapped 68 sectors and has apparent problems with another 36 (where the yellow warning indicators are). The problem is that it's not known whether it's health is relatively stable (and you still have some time left to do something about it) or it's rapidly deteriorating (little time left).

Did you try Macrium? I don't use it, but there are plenty of highly experienced, knowledgable and well respected forum members here that do use it and rely on it as their main imaging program. That said, trying to get a clone/image from a failing drive is likely to give any program fits. I've been fairly successful getting clones/images from failing drives with two different programs where quite a few other programs have failed. One is Clonezilla and the other is DriveImageXML, but you ought to give Macrium a shot. Like I said, I've never used it but if there are any problems there are plenty of folks around here who can help.

By the way, is that new drive larger than your problematic drive? It can be a pain cloning to a smaller drive. Easiest if the target drive is the same size or larger.

While you're in Windows you can go ahead and copy your data to external media.

To make a clone/image you don't absolutely need to be running Windows (your drive's installed OS). To be honest, I never do that while running the installed OS, I always do it using alternate boot media (via CD/DVD/USB).

That MFT error seems to say it can't read the Master File Table (MFT) properly so it recommends running chkdsk /f. Normally that would not be a problem, if your drive was healthy. I'm not sure it should be run in your case. I've seen chkdsk mangle the file system on failing drives.

The importance of having your personal data secured is up to you of course -- some people don't care and will never miss it, others don't care until the day they go looking for something, can't find it, and then finally realize that they've lost it.

After securing your data, or decide not to worry about it, read through this tutorial to prepare for a new OS install, just to be prepared for a recovery in case the clone/image attempt fails:

The point is, is that there is more to a recovery than just having your data. You need install media, OS and app license keys, an inventory of the software you've got and a method you'll use to reinstall, etc.

After you've reviewed the above info and have gotten prepared, I need you to confirm you've got another internet connected machine you can use to communicate with us, download software, burn CDs, etc. If you do, you're ready to shutdown the problematic machine, pop open the case, install the new drive, and then attempt to clone from the old drive directly to the new drive by using a bootable CD/DVD/USB.
