Thanks
I tried lowering it and it only worked for a few minutes, then froze

Have you tried uninstalling your codecs? I personally use CCCP for my codecs. This could be a compatibility issue with your codecs, or they might have gotten corrupted when you downloaded them.

Try playing a video without your codecs and see what happens.

"Have you tried uninstalling your codecs?"

Had no luck with that either
Also changed out sound cards, problem still happens

I disable the sound driver and watched about 20 minutes of video, turned driver
back on and within 2 minutes the computer froze. So I thought I had it, changed out sound cards, disabled the on board sound, loaded drivers for new card. 2 minutes into video computer froze
I pulled the card and went back to using the on board sound

I would say this needs to follow the BsoD posting rules, I believe your computer might be Blue Screening but not going as far as showing you, make sure your computer is set up to make a Dump File(s), and post the results as explained by this link.

*EDIT*

Post all the information from that link I gave, this would better allow us to assist you. Also, I would enable driver verifier within windows, and what Anti-Virus programs are you using?

I remember that I had the driver verifier on prior to playing with the sound card and reload the bamboo input device
so I ran it again and the computer crashed on boot
Loaded from a restore point and here is the file after that happened

Okay, I am at work and can't view the files here, but once I get home I will take a look at them. I just clocked in and I will be at work for about 12-14+ hours just to let you know.
