    Bluesaber

For the AMI UEFI Legal BIOS ...5 Beep codes means a Processor error (means processor has failed.)

Now based on the last dumps which is available here ... which is 3 weeks old.. i cant find any dumps with Bugcheck that are caused due to processor error.

Is it possible for you to post the latest files using SF diag tools ?? If you are able to boot to windows.. then post the snapshot of temps using speedfan ??

On the other had if your are not able to boot.. I would suggest you use air can and blow the dust out of the GPU fans and the CPU fans. Then try starting the system.

I may be wrong, but a process error is not a CPU error necessarily. Severla hundred Processes happen at boot.

it was for a brief moment but core zero went to 50 something degrees, is this normal? It had that little fire sign next to it. This was after almost 2 hours of play.

I don't think it's normal, but not uncommon. My i5 has a differential of 16C when I run CPU stress tests. What was the lowest core temp?

does heaven and furmark detect this stop 0x117 error, because when i rma it these are the tests they are gonna do to see if it is faulty, and if they don't find faults i have to pay then money for the tests.
Also, is my 550 w psu enough for my pc? maybe that's why i have gpu failure

Those tests will let them see whatever you saw, they don't detect specific stop errors or bug checks. They may have more machines to test with too.

I personally would recommend at least a 650W, single 12V rail, PSU on that rig.

i just tried out the Heaven bench mark program and i got my pc got a black screen, so does this confirm that my gpu is faulty? I really don't want to post or drop off my gpu at the store which is really far away and find out that it wasn't faulty and then i have to pay them money to give it back and i have to pick it up again.
