    @F5ing,

    You will get your results in about 4 hours :)
    I just hope we can get to the bottom of this!

    With the auto restart turned off, now any error will stay on screen so you can get a better idea of what is going on.

    @tlarseth,

    Nope it did not work

    So I was playing killing floor and then BOOM it crashed... Then restarted its self? No BSOD and no errors what so ever! And I have it unticked.

    *I have added a SF_Diagnostic_Tool report*

    @tlarseth,

    Thanks for getting back to me fast :)
    But sadly that dose not help.. All the steps there I have done before

    1, The automatic restart is unticked
    2, I used prima on my CPU for two hours and it was hitting at 60-61 oC and never restarted?
    3, My graphics card is up-to-date
    4, This is a clean boot.

    Have you tried doing a minimal boot, uncheck non-microsoft services, and unchecking all startup items within msconfig?

    Also, if this recently happened after a GPU update, have you tried rolling back to an older update?

    Head to Nvidia.com and update your driver, also is your Graphics Card Fan kicking on, and what wattage is your Power Supply?

    This will be my last post for a bit, have to sleep before work tonight. Crappy 12 hour shifts 7 days a week, I can't wait until they hire an extra person for my position so I can go back to 5 days a week.

    @tlarseth,

    Like I said my graphics card is up-to-date
    "Product Current
    Installed Driver Latest Driver
    Update
    GeForce GT 240 306.97 Your PC currently has the latest driver installed for your GPU. No driver update is necessary at this time."
    Yes the fan is "kicking" spinning..

    I have a Corsair 430W...

    "Sleep is for the weak :P, You should come play killing floor with me! (If my pc dose not crash)"

    If you want to try it, here is a zip of a disk image file for Samsung hard drive diagnostics, ESTool.
