BSOD after computer wakes up from sleep/hibernate

Everytime my computer wakes up from sleep I get the BSOD.
I've attached the dump files.
Please let me know what possibly could be causing this.
Thanks in advance.

Update it from Home | Broadcom.

From my debugging experience, I may say it to you that if there is any network related issue, in most of thses it got solved by uninstalling Mcafee. So I would suggest you to uninstall those:
  • Start Menu\Programs\McAfee
  • Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Family Protection
Uninstall McAfee Using McAfee Removal Tool. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Download and install those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Let us know the results.
