Try using onboard graphics. If it works properly there, it is good.

Nvidia Forums are finally back up i shall talk with them also and see if they have any known fixes also :)
If the onboard display works fine, you should think about the card itself.
Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.

did that the other day posted results in earlier message
could the factory overclock be unstable? if so would raising Voltage resolve that, not sure if its worth doing it or just RMA the card
there is a new beta driver out that i will try out to see if it helps :) il post back results :)
Any type of overclocks may be unstable.
You may have a try by reducing it .... if still not worked, RMA is not a bad idea if possible.
with latest driver, it did the crash recover and then i tried voltage upping a little to help the Factory OC and it again Crash recover
