Windows 7: Always BSOD in normal boot contd

always bsod whenever normal boot
artifacts on logo post screen (bios), deformed bios character (most alphabet turn $$), horizontal green lines all over the screen just before windows (during windows logo), then BSOD.
atikmpag.sys

it happen again
after cleaning the graphic card, roll back driver (older version graphic driver), newest graphic driver.



please advise

i followed this;
atikmdag.sys bsod 12.2 drivers
it allows me into the windows normal mode without bsod,without artifacts.

but then the artifacts still there during bios post.
and also i cant install graphic driver, whether with CCC (catalyst control) or without, or else BSOD again just before windows (exactly during windows logo animation)
i ve done this over and over again (reinstall driver - older version and newest version) but no progress.

please advise.
