Solved Crashes and shut-downs while browsing,bugcheck: 0x00000116

recently i get restars and shut downs while browsing the internet,
ive scanned my computer for viruses, but nada.
the bugcheck showd this:

Update your Intel Graphics driver.
Update it from Intel Download Center.
