windows blue screen bad_system_config_info

I have read all the other peoples post about this but still nothing. I cant even get into safe mode without its popping up. I trying restoring and its saying no restore available. Also for some reason its saying there is no good current back ups. I even tried formatting the drive again. Then is says unplug all extra USB's and I did that and it keeps on saying retry retry over and over again. any help is needed please.

Boot into BIOS setup to see if the HD is registering. If so run the HD maker's HD Diagnostic
extended CD scan to check it's condition.

Next boot into System Recovery Options to run Startup Repair - Run up to 3 Separate Times.

If these fail continue to work through these steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start
which lead up to if necessary rescuiing your files to run Factory Recovery or the superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

I tried doing a fresh instal and it won't go thru that's when I get the boot manager error.. Then I took out that drive and tried to instal windows on another hard drive and then I got the boot manager error again.

Change the HD cable.

Are you getting a prompt to "Press any key to boot DVD" after setting DVD drive first to boot in BIOS setup, or triggering DVD drive using the Fkey given on first screen for Boot Manager?

Where did you get Windows 7? If you burned it yourself, confirm the ISO and burn another using ImgBurn at 4x speed, or write to flash stick using Universal USB Installer
