    Welcome to Sevenforums. :)

Your crashes were caused by multiple problematic drivers. Firstly sr9usb.sys (some kind of Ethernet adapter), the driver needs to be either removed or updated. You may find an updated version here

Secondly your AVG security suite, a number of its networking drivers were directly involved. I would recommend removing it and replacing it by MSE or another security software of your choice.

Additionally run a scan of Malwarebytes

The AVG drivers are messing up with the QoS Packet Scheduler/networking stack, which in turn caused a number of crashes. The likely cause is the combination of the adapter driver wrongly 'interacting' with the system drivers and the AVG drivers. I would suggest plugging your cable directly in the Ethernet jack instead of using an adapter.

    Code:
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\sr9usb.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for sr9usb.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for sr9usb.sys
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\avgfwd6x.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for avgfwd6x.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for avgfwd6x.sys
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for avgtdix.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for avgtdix.sys
    Probably caused by : sr9usb.sys ( sr9usb+1049 )
