It's hard to say anything without the .dmp files. Did you check this thread?

    Suggestions:

Eset antivirus can contribute in BSOD-s. Uninstall it with Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software - ESET Knowledgebase and replace with Microsoft security essentials at least to test. You may install ESET back if we know it wasn't the cause of your crash. Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\ESET	Public:Start Menu\Programs\ESET	Public
Start Menu\Programs\ESET\ESET Smart Security	Public:Start Menu\Programs\ESET\ESET Smart Security	Public
    Daemon Tools:

Please uninstall DAEMON Tools. It uses a driver called sptd.sys which is known to cause BSODs in Windows 7. Uninstall the software using Add/Remove Programs. Reboot the system. Once the program is uninstalled, run sptd.sys uninstaller to remove the driver from your system.

As an alternative, many people recommend the use of Total Mounter or Magic ISO

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:

Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

Free up the start-up, nothing except the antivirus is usually needed.

    Hope that helps.

How many times did you run SFC?
Should be a minimum of three times with re-boots after each run.
The CBS log shows it was only run once.

If running SFC three times with reboots doesn't fix it the best and fastest way to go is a Clean install of W7.
A Repair install can be used but the results might not fix the problem.
Tutorials to perform these install methods:

    Clean Install Windows 7

You have damage to some rather critical files - which is what may be causing your problems - and the required backups are missing.
I would suggest running the CheckSUR tool to see if there's also damage to the registry, or damage to other files..

Please run the CheckSUR tool from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947821
(you'll need to look in the details for Method 2)

Then zip the CheckSUR.log and upload it to your public SkyDrive so I can take a look - post a link in your reply.

The tool can take anywhere from 5 mins to a couple of hours to run (or 'Install') depending on how much it has to do, and may exit silently - it may appear to freeze for most of that time, but be patient.
