Since your now unable to boot into Windows try this:

Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot

How far are you able to boot? Does the computer load? Give the "Starting Windows" screen?

It crashes right after my motherboard Splash screen, right when windows is about to load. And, bluerobot, you gave me that link before the stuff didn't work :/

You didn't bother to follow the steps before, you only went to step #1 and discounted any of the other steps; the steps will eventually lead to a clean install of Windows 7 again.

I discounted the other steps because i cant boot into safe mode, i cannot boot into system recovery, and i cannot boot from my windows CD, and if i cant boot from the cd i find it hard to believe its a problem with my hd partitions, nullifying the use of partition wizard (correct me please, if im wrong). Also, the last step says if you cant boot from any of those it probably caused by "not setting" what does not setting mean?

Check all your hardware config mate it seems like you have faulty hardware somewhere i would start with the ram put each set of ram in thier slot and test 2 by 2 you said you built your own computor so obviously you have been sold faulty hardware somewhere along the line so check all your hardware individualy one by one till you find the faulty hardware giving you problems

Have you checked the BIOS boot order? Is it set to DVD as the first priority and then the HDD?

yes i did set it as first boot priority when i tried it. And im 95% sure its a hardware issue. my only question is what could be causing it? my guess would be the RAM but could it be something else? maybe a mobo problem?

Your optical drive could be faulty (this has happened before) and that is the reason why the DVD isn't being detected, what is the condition of the DVD?

When testing the RAM sticks and the motherboard slots, did you place the same stick in a different slot and then test again?

Are you able to boot into Advanced Boot Options? Pressing F8 before any screens load, you may have to reboot again if you don't do it at the correct time.
