Ran tests before(passed, not sure how long I'm suppose to run furmark and memtest for how many passes.), did what you said with the graphics driver. Started to live stream myself playing a game and 5 minutes in I BSOD'd.

1.Download the preferred driver and save it to the desktop.
2.Double click the installer and you will see a screen where it will be extracted to, change that to your desktop.
3.Open Device Manager through Control Panel.
4.Expand Display adapters and right click the name for yours and choose Update Driver\Browse my Computer. Select the driver folder you just saved on the desktop. Click Next.
5. Your system should say "Windows has successfully updated your driver software".

If you get a window saying you already have the most current driver, go back to step 4 and choose Uninstall Driver software instead. Then restart from step 3.

Some hardware tests to run.

Hard drive(s):
Pick one for your HDD brand or use Seatools.

RAM (memory):
This will require memtest on a bootable CD or USB stick.
RAM - Test with Memtest86+
did what you said with the driver, (how long are you suppose to run the memtest and furmark test for?) still crashed after installing the driver.

EDIT: I ran a prime95 test for 10 minutes and failed a few of the workers.(Also BSOD'd while the test was running), is there any way to see the hardware issue I have? I'll attach the results.

From the memtest tutorial.

3. Let it run until at least 7 passes are completed, or errors are found (whichever comes first). The longer you run it, the better.
Attachment 92282
Seven passes will take several hours, depending on your amount of RAM. It is advised to leave it running overnight.
Watch the Furmark screen for any artifacts and GPU overheating. You board may be bad, but no way to test without a replacement. If you are overclocking, set everything to defaults for now.

Attach your latest BSOD dump so Kool Kat can read it.

Heres the two most recent.. Motherboard i new, as is CPU and ram.. hoping that isn't the issue.
I see no need for overclocking, and furmark test went fine... It would make sense that it is something I recently added (CPU or Mobo, or not having enough power? (PSU?) wouldn't that make my pc shut down not bsod though? ahh just throwing ideas out.

Again I can play games just fine, it's when I start live streaming myself playing these games..

You might try to contact MSI on the board, their support is very poor as is their boards.

What is the exact model number and make of your GPU. The Corsair PSU should be enough but we'll see if there is a minimum PSU listed.
Are you checking CPU temp as well?

It is an AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series, I'm not quite sure what you're asking is that isn't it.

Also the GPU isn't that old either but it worked fine with my other mobo and processor.(Stream was alittle laggy but thats because I had a near 7 year old CPU)
My CPU temps didn't exceed 35C while running the prime95 test.

BSOD After Video Streaming and Playing Games
Hi, everyone. Just when I thought my BSOD issues from last year were solved, they've seemed to pop up again. This time, I'm mainly experiencing issues with "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" and ntoskrnl.exe. I'm hoping that it's a software error like a driver rather than a hardware one. These BSODs mainly...
