You GPU specs require a minimum of a 500W PSU. which you have, however this is an older model Corsair which has 3 12V rails delivering only 18A per channel. This may not supply needed power. I would recommend Newegg.com - CORSAIR Professional Series HX650 650W ATX12V v2.2 / EPS12V 2.91 SLI Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply or something with a single 12V rail which provides 52A.

As for the board, MSI will have to decide on a replacement or refund. If you are in the time limit to return it to the seller, try them, it is usually only 30 day but a phone call to them will be more effective than email.

Awesome deal, I should probably update my PSU anywhom since its nearing on 7+ years. Hoping that is the issue sending my motherboard back will be a pain..

LOL!
When I saw the HX620 was discontinued I assumed it must be older, maybe one of Corsair's early efforts in the PSU game.
As a PSU ages it can lose power output due to capacitor aging, I think it's called something else. A new PSU certainly won't hurt and is easier than disassembling the whole rig.

BSOD After Video Streaming and Playing Games

I'm hoping that it's a software error like a driver rather than a hardware one. These BSODs mainly...

I didn't get the error number from the BSODs because I keep forgetting to write them down (frustrated, I just reboot out of habit), and I couldn't replicate the issues after finding this site, but I know I'll see one within the next 3-4 days. Here's my system and what I know about the errors:...

BSOD Randomly when playing games/streaming
I've been getting random BSOD crashes and frankly their quite annoying! I have done a fresh install with hopes of it possibly being a driver error but I believe it may be an hardware issue as I just had another BSOD while playing a game. On a side note this is usually when I get the BSOD either...

I recently built a new computer and have had nothing but issues since. The STOP/BSOD errors began from the beginning. I was able to fix several of the errors but I'm still getting one error that I just can't seem to solve. The STOP/BSOD error ususally occurs while playing games such as WoW,...
