BSOD, Freezing(three times) during live streaming games. SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT+HANDLED
I've recently added a few parts to my PC, including a new Motherboard, CPU(heatsink), DVD/CD driver, and RAM. Turned the PC on, started to play games just fine, and I wanted to test my PC so I started live streaming while playing "Mount and Blade" not a very graphics intensive game but streaming causes some stress. The BSOD happens after 5min-1hr of gameplay or live streaming(movies). Hoping one of you can help me out, this is my first CPU, Mobo building.
Things I've tried, I've ran a memtest and passed 6 tests.
Reformatted, clean installation of drivers.
Tested CPU, passed.(two tests at once, a digital storm tool that came with my orginal computer)
File attached is all the information.
Any comments or insight will help,
thank you in advance!

Do the BSOD-s happen during intensive graphic use?
Did you try another video card? Or on-board VGA of the motherboard?
How old is the card? | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop OS Win7® _SP1 HomePrem CPU Intel Pentium(R) E5200 @ 2.50GHz Motherboard Intel Corporation DG41WV (PROCESSOR) Memory 4096 MBytes Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 398MHz Graphics Card ATI Radeon HD 5450 (ASUStek Computer Inc) Sound Card Realtek High Definition Audio Monitor(s) Displays DELL E170S on ATI Radeon HD 5450 Screen Resolution 1280x1024 pixels Keyboard Logitech PS/2 Keyboard Mouse A4 Tech Co Ltd/Logitech PSU 400W Case Nothing Fancy Cooling Fans Hard Drives 466GB Western Digital WDC Internet Speed 512 Kbps Antivirus Microsoft Security Essentials & Malwarebytes Browser Chrome & Internet Explorer 9 Other Info Imation 8 GB USB, 6 GB Seagate External Hard drive, ASUS DVD-E818A7T ATA Device |

It happens when I live stream, which is pretty stressful I suppose. The GPU is only a year old. It was working fine before I updated my Motherboard, ram, and CPU. I played games all yesterday with no BSOD, so it seems it does happen when there's not lots of stress happening( Live streaming).
EDIT?: I just ran furmark for a good 5 minutes and didn't crash, temps got up to 70C | My System Specs | | OS Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit 7601 Multiprocessor Free Service Pack 1 CPU AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor Motherboard MSI 990FXA-GD80 (MS-7640) Memory Total Memory 8.00 GB Useable 7.97 GB Graphics Card AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series Sound Card (1) ATI HDMI Audio (2) Realtek High Definition Audio Monitor(s) Displays VE247 Screen Resolution 1920x1080 PSU 620W Corsair HX Hard Drives ST3500418AS ATA Device |

Try these steps to install only the graphics driver.
1.Download the preferred driver and save it to the desktop.
2.Double click the installer and you will see a screen where it will be extracted to, change that to your desktop.
3.Open Device Manager through Control Panel.
4.Expand Display adapters and right click the name for yours and choose Update Driver\Browse my Computer. Select the driver folder you just saved on the desktop. Click Next.
5. Your system should say "Windows has successfully updated your driver software".
If you get a window saying you already have the most current driver, go back to step 4 and choose Uninstall Driver software instead. Then restart from step 3. Attachment 228491 Attachment 228492
