BSOD whilst downloading from U torrent

Hello,

Lately I've been experiencing many BSOD's while downloading a movie using a Bit torrent software. This is happening quite frequently.
Are there any solutions for this? Thank you in advance!

Are you having both AVG and Microsoft Security Essentials installed? Keeping two antiviruses will cause conflicts anyway. AVG is a frequent cause of BSOD-s, please uninstall it with the > AVG | Download tools and utilities. Do you have McAfee installed too? It's a known cause to BSOD-s! Please uninstall it straight away > McAfee Removal Tool - McAfee Uninstaller

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\AVG	Public:Start Menu\Programs\AVG	Public
Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Family Protection	Public:Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Family Protection	Public
Uninstall this >
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\CleanUp!	Public:Start Menu\Programs\CleanUp!	Public
with the free version of Revo Uninstaller (in advanced mode).

Reboot each time you uninstall something from the system.

Free up the start-up, nothing except the antivirus is usually needed.Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:Recommended antivirus program for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:- Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.
Let us know the results.

BSOD-Issue Occurred again

Hi Team,

Issue occurred again. This I didn't tried to do anything but was trying to shutdown the laptop. The screen shows as Shutting down but after 15-20 mins, laptop crashes and reboots. I checked the event log for errors and noticed the event after every crash.

23/03/2013
========
"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000004, 0x0000000000000258, 0xfffffa80033d2b50, 0xfffff800055823d0). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 032313-18345-01."

12/03/2012
========
"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

Same error on 10/03/2013 as well

09/03/2013
=========

Multiple events logged --"The driver detected a controller error on \Device\CdRom0."

Uploading the SF Diagnostic test results. Please assist.
