    Try booting to safe mode from advanced boot menu options and try disabling it.
    Advanced Boot Options

    Although I would have suggested a clean install anyway.

    I'm not sure if you can do that. Do you have a usb stick?

    You can make the DVD with imgburn as well.

    No, 7-Zip cannot burn an iso image. You do need to extract the iso from the compressed file first though.

    If the BSOD-s haven't occurred after your clean install you can mark this thread as solved.
