I wouldn't say that Driver Verifier is the issue, have you now turned off Driver Verifier?

Have the BSOD dump files been removed due to the restores you had to carry out?
Yes it's off. Dump files will have been lost, yes.

Still can't use my graphics card at all! Wtf?

Run the stress test to see if there are any problems with your graphics card.

I've also requested some additional help.

I can't use the graphics card at all. Plugging the DVI cable into it gives me no signal. Then I boot in using onboard graphics and can use the pc fine. It won't event detect the graphics card is there via device manager.

How has driver verifier managed to do this?

Is the stress test program able to detect the graphics card?

I'm not sure, I've requested for some additional help; I have never seen Driver Verifier stop the graphics card from working, it is the best program to use to gather further information about conflicting drivers etc.

Right, I enabled Device Manager to show devices not currently present. Went to View >> Hidden Devices and was able to see my 460GTX. I uninstalled it, restarted and it worked! Then I just re-installed the Nvidia drivers and everything seems peachy.

I don't dare turn Driver Verifier back on. But on the plus, Daemon Tools isn't installed because I rolled back to before I installed it! Will keep an eye out for any BSOD's in the future and post them up. Thanks for your help so far BlueRobot, appreciate it!

Even though you used a system restore, there is a chance the driver is still present, I would run the sptd installer/uninstaller to uninstall just in case.

Try updating your Video Card Drivers from the Official Nvidia Site
