Windows 7: New computer Please help BOSD

before it used to happen once in a while (started 3 months ago). Now since today morning its happening after every hour.. :S

I just want to know if its a hardware problem or not...i still have manufacturer warranty for the machine (alien ware mx 14 laptop.)

Let me know if i need to provide any additional information.

I also noticed that a Cisco Miniport Adapter has been disabled (see .NFO file), did you disable it yourself?

No i didn't disable that cisco thing myself. But sometimes after the booting when the desktop appears, a msg shows up and says that VPN is not available and i think that time it gets disabled by itself (i am not very sure though)

...based on the lines that tells you that i have hardware problem can I talk to the service person regarding warranty/replacement etc ?

Since it still is under warranty, I suppose you can send it back for a replacement, if that makes things easier for you.
