Code:
MANUALLY_INITIATED_CRASH1 (deaddead)

The user manually initiated this crash dump.

Probably caused by : NETwNs64.sys ( NETwNs64+a6fdf )

Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\NETwNs64.sys
    Image name: NETwNs64.sys
    Timestamp:        Fri Dec 02 06:50:55 2011 (4ED8754F)
Driver Reference Table - NETwNs64.sys

What happened here? Could you please find a later version for this driver.

You have hardware problems also:

Code:
BugCheck 124, {4, fffffa800aaeb8d8, 0, 0}

Probably caused by : GenuineIntel
Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

I also noticed that a Cisco Miniport Adapter has been disabled (see .NFO file), did you disable it yourself?

Thanks a loooot x BlueRobot!
No i didn't disable that cisco thing myself. But sometimes after the booting when the desktop appears, a msg shows up and says that VPN is not available and i think that time it gets disabled by itself (i am not very sure though)

...based on the lines that tells you that i have hardware problem can I talk to the service person regarding warranty/replacement etc ?

Thanks

Since it still is under warranty, I suppose you can send it back for a replacement, if that makes things easier for you.
