The antivirus you are currently using is known to cause BSOD crashes, consider uninstalling it with the McAfee Removal Tool and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials at least to test.

Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Run this tool and delete anything it finds:Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:Free up the start-up, nothing except the antivirus is usually needed.Let us know the results.

thanks

For the moment only have news in Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller. It mencioned two items and I deleted.

I replaced antivirus by Microsoft Security Essentials Download

Only I donīn apply the last one recomendation yet:

Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

I think it is not necessary at all, after pass the previews checks without problems. expected that the problem is gone.

Thanks a lot

You're welcome.

Do perform SFC scannow. It's good to make sure none of the files of windows is corrupted, and if they are, it should attempt to repair those.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Please back up all your important things from the hard drive. From the snips it looks like it's a failing hard drive.

Proceed with Seatools for DOS for a confirmation and let us know the results.
