Screenshot of disc, I assume this is what you wanted for a "disc screen"?
I'll edit this post tomorrow with more mem test info.

Noobie to memtest question incoming: I boot into the test, it starts testing immediately, the bottom 1/2 of the screen turns red(top 1/2 is blue like your pic)....is this normal ( your pic does not show the bottom 1/2 red) or is it finding errors immediately?

I'm not sure I understood what you mean by :

If there's even 1 or 2 read errors from memtest, it means that RAM stick is faulty.

How many sticks are you testing currently?

Sorry if I wasn't clear, first I started testing with all four sticks in. Now, in your link to the memtest tutorial, the picture of memtest running, is all blue. It does not show what I should be seeing if I am getting errors. What I am seeing the very second memtest starts is the same test screen as in your picture, only the bottom half of the screen is all red.....with lots of numbers . I assume it is getting errors right at the start, but I am not sure because nothing actually tells me I am getting errors I hope this makes more sense, and pls excuse my typing...I am working in the pouring rain today and typing on my droid...lol

Yes, any red in memtest is an error and you can stop the test at that point and continue to testing single RAM in different slots.

the red area will give an expected value and reurned value, that is the error. Even 1 is bad.

Check you BIOS and ensure the RAM settings are correct per the RAM labels.
