POOP did not work , idle system process is still there haunting me , even with everything disabled . i couldnt test the bsod's since everything was disabled including wifi support .

i even attached a screenshot of the idle system process to this post .

    EDIT
also the idle system process says only 1% cpu usage , but earlier it was using up 99% usage and lagging my system

Do you have an extra hard drive? If not see if you can borrow one, just for a test. Connect the extra hard drive and do a clean install of Windows, adding no drivers until the windows updates are completed. Then go to device manager and look for yellow icons, which will tell you what needs drivers. I would download the Lan driver from Asus for your motherboard to enable you to get online in case Windows is not able to find a driver for it. If after the install, the lan does not work, install the lan driver so Windows can get Windows updates. That will tell us whether there is a software or hardware error. Windows will not BSOD on it's own drivers or files.

i have a spare netbook around here that i actually just recently reinstalled windows 7 on , LAN wont be possible since my router is across the other side of the house , im using a wireless adapter in my pc

Rosewill.com - Computer Case, Power Supply, Computer Accessories, Networking, Peripherals. Price, Quality, and Services.

^^^ that one to be exact , so ill install the wireless driver for that adapter .
after i get that driver ill browse around and see if i get a BSOD

    EDIT
not sure if its a good sign , but i havnt had a single BSOD since thursday night , 9 pm . and like a previously said , the BSOD's 9/10 only happen during internet browsing , and i havnt been browsing much since that night , that may be the reason for no BSOD's
