BSODs after clean install

Hi all!
First of all im David, im 28 years old and im from southern Portugal (Vila Nova de Milfontes) near the sea

Im having some issues with my pc and hope i can get some help because its getting annoying the impossibility of not resolving my problem.
Hereīs the deal, i formatted my desktop yesterday and installed win 7 x64 (i was running x86 version before) and after installing most of drivers my system hanged up with a BSOD (irq not less or equal then a Underflow something..).
Thought it was something with my graphic drivers and after some research i switched from 306.97 (which my system installed) to 301.42 and im still crashing , specially in games. A few moments ago after a 23Mb update from windows i restarted the computer and after the entering the desktop i opened Steam and Teamspeak and had another BSOD (irq not less or equal).

Attached follows my SF diagnostics zip file.

Any questions just ask,
Thanks in advance!

Uninstall Nod32. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Download and install those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Let us know the results after making the changes.

What the maximum I can say, you need either of the first three of the list, based on your model.

ok. downloaded Ethernet controler updated drivers + MSE and so far so good. Also did a clean gpu drivers install with the same 301.42 and its running perfectly at the moment. Looks like upon the clean instalation something might have gone wrong and now its fine
Will run a few games to see what happens!
