BSOD regularly in the last two days, trouble booting up

ill try and follow the posting rules and have therefore attached the relevent file.
this was taken on 14/11/2012. i get the blue screen regularly in the last few days and when it reboots all the colours are fuzzy and pixelated and after a few times trying i can finally boot. then it reccomends me to repair startup which takes several minutes after that works it gives me a dialogue box on startup with this as the first line Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1

    help is appreciated

windows startup repair is the only fix upon booting and that only pops up every fifth boot or so, other times the pc just crashes.

i have reuploaded the sf file after configuring small memory dump.

    please find.

Try removing your GPU and cables then reinstalling them to make sure they are all in the proper place and fully seated.
Do this with all of your memory DIMMs as well.

Check you video cables for wear, "jiggle" them to see if your display changes. Make sure the cable connectors on your monitor and PC are not loose.
