    Hello again.

Caused by older Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC drivers.

Click on the Start ► Control Panel ► Programs ► Uninstall a program ► Uninstall everything related to; Realtek. (Restart the system)

Delete remnants of its drivers/older drivers using Driver Fusion/Sweeper (Restart if required)

Download and install a fresh copy from: Driver Reference Table

    Code:
    0: kd> !irp fffffa800f116350
Irp is active with 4 stacks 3 is current (= 0xfffffa800f1164b0)

Also, I have the ethernet bit, but I also have sound drivers from realtek, should i get rid of those too?

Take either the third or the fifth one in the list....
    Attachment 241555

If you feel, you may update the sound drivers too.
