Windows 7: Perpetually blue screen in windows, even after reformatting.

Hello,

My computer keeps crashing in windows for some strange reason. On occasion, I get an official blue screen crash, and on said occasions the error is 0x000000F4.

I have installed no upgrades to my computer. I have not only reinstalled windows, but I've deleted the partition and created it anew before reinstalling a new copy of windows.

My computer will run indefinitely in unbuntu without crashing, so I'm not sure what the problem is.

I have attached a zip file with crash information in accordance with the tutorial sticky in this form.

F4 is a storage related crash.

Update your SSD's Firmware (skip it, if it is not a SSD)
Reseat the sata and power.
Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check
Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.
