Okay so one dump is pointing towards NETIO.SYS which is a windows property, doesnt mean much. The next,
Reads this in which two concerns are seen.

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for cmdhlp.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for cmdhlp.sys
Probably caused by : fwpkclnt.sys ( fwpkclnt!FwppInjectComplete+a0 )
Followup: MachineOwner
--------- *Should have probably used analyze v command, but for now this tells enough*.
1. Unable to verify timestamp for
cmdhlp.sys = COMODO Firewall Pro Helper Driver. I would try disabling or uninstalling Firewall Pro, just for now.
2. fwpkclnt.sys = FWP/IPsec Kernel-Mode API again another windows property, but it's all network related.
So i would like you to uninstall firewall pro, restart your computer and see if the problem occurs.
