Windows 7: Getting BSOD:Quite worried

Hello guys how are you.I'v recently been having issues with the BSOD before it was inconsistent but after it has happened to me about 5 times today Im quite worried.It happens when Im playing a match of league of legends all of a sudden it just disconnects and gives me the BSOD

Bugcheck F4 is usually related to hard driver/storage.

Do you have an SSD? Check for a Firmware update.
