Random BSOD, error 0x000000e1

Lately I have been getting BSODs at random times, most often they occur as I connect to the internet. Every BSOD except one has given the same details:

WORKER_THREAD_RETURNED_AT_BAD_IRQL
0x000000e1
Caused By Driver: ntoskrnl.exe
Caused By Address: ntoskrnl.exe+7efc0

I've done plenty of research on this and haven't been able to come up with anything that has worked.

Not good at all.
Code:
Start Menu Default:Start Menu Default
Start Menu\Programs\AVG
Start Menu\Programs\AVG PC TuneUp
Start Menu\Programs\AVG PC TuneUp\All functions
Start Menu\Programs\McAfee
Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Security Scan Plus
Dont use two AV programs at a same time. Whereas in your case both of them are craps. Uninstall AVG Using AVG Remover. Uninstall McAfee Using McAfee Removal Tool.
Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Download and install those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Let us know the results.

So far I haven't had any problems after removing those (knock on wood) and both MBAM and MSE didn't detect anything.
