Please upload your msinfo32.nfo file. To get this: Start Menu -> Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box -> When it opens, go to File, Save -> Save as msinfo32.nfo and save in a place you will remember -> Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info -> Right click the .nfo file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder -> Upload the .zip file here.
vsdatant.sys = Zone Alarm TrueVector Device Driver
Uninstall Zone Alarm to test.
Edit: Wait, are you having comodo installed as well?
Code:Unable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\DRIVERS\cmdhlp.sys, Win32 error 0n2 *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for cmdhlp.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for cmdhlp.sys
so are you saying software related problem?
Yes :) and you should be happy it is not hardware related.
I will go through the msinfo and let you know if there is more stuff you have to uninstall.
Recommended antivirus program for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:-
- Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
- Microsoft Security Essentials Download | Free Spyware Protection
- Malwarebytes - The Free version
- Good and Free system security combination.
Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.
Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.
thanks for your btw koolkat77 done the zone alarm uninstall. the malwarebytes and the superantispyware, so far. Did you see anything else?

So far so good, and thanks so much for your help, just keeping fingers crossed. If all goes well over the next week i will mark as solved!
thanks again, seems that zonealarm file was really the cause. Big hugs to KoolKat77 for solving this...
