    Uninstall Daemon Tools Lite:

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Lite
    This program is well-known to cause BSODs in Windows 7.

    Code:
    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b)

    BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff80002d9ab20, fffff88009558080, 0}

    Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!ObDereferenceSecurityDescriptor+20 )
    Code:
    Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, memory
    Memory:

    Run Memtest86+ for least 7-8 passes, and preferrly overnight as it can take a while to fully complete.

    Test each RAM stick individually, if an error is found then move the same RAM stick into the next DIMM slot and test again, if errors are found for the same RAM stick in every available slot then you have a faulty RAM module. On the other hand, if no errors are found in the next slot or the other slots for the same RAM module, then you have a faulty DIMM slot.

    Test each RAM stick and every motherboard DIMM slot available.

    Run this program to check for missing and corrupted drivers:

    The drivers for your Ethernet Controller and your USB Controller are also missing; have you installed all the Important and Optional Windows Updates? Check for new updates also:

    Start > Type: Windows Update > Check For Updates (left pane)/Install Updates

    Your welcome, and Windows has it's own built-in versions for much of the features that Daemon Tools provides:
