BSOD when using uTorrent Hi All,
I have a issue with my laptop, recently when using uTorrent (even if not downloading), my machine joyfully crashes with blue screen.
I was trying to figure out this by myself and I'm almost sure that issue is related with wifi card, but even if I install latest drivers suggested by Slim Drivers(not sure can I trust but I thought is worth to try) it still crashing.
Any tips welcome
Regards,

Your dumps point to NETIO.sys, a core networking component that is often blamed as a cause whenever problematic firewall/internet security software are installed. Such examples are ZoneAlarm and AVG.
I would recommend removing TrueCrypt for the time being, one of it's drivers was involved in a crash.
Update your Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC: Realtek
Update your HP Quick Launch buttons driver and your graphics drivers, ensure that you're using a Windows 7-compatible version HP Support & Drivers | United States | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Build OS Win7 Ultimate SP1 x64 / Windows 8 Pro / Android CPU Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 OC'd 3.08GHz Motherboard Asus Rampage formula LGA775 Memory 8GB DDR2 900Mhz Graphics Card Zotac GTX 460OC 2GB GDDR5/Asus EN9600GT 1GB DDR3 PhyX Sound Card Supreme FX2 Monitor(s) Displays AOC 22' Screen Resolution 1680x1050 Keyboard Prolink keyboard Mouse Prolink optical mouse PSU Cooler Master GX 650W Cooling Cooler Master V6 + 3X fans Hard Drives 3X500GB hitachi, 2TB internal, 500GB Seagate FreeAgent, 640GB Samsung Internet Speed 1MiB/s Other Info 5.1 System + 2.1 System |

Hi yowanvista,
Thanks for reply. I'm unable to remove a True Crypt, as I have encrypted whole disk by this software, need to type password when booting. About the rest of suggestions I'll do that, and let you know the outcome.
Thanks,

Hi,
I'm afraid that installing latest Ethernet card drivers and HP Quick Launch buttons driver does not help, just experienced another BSOD, and yet is related to the NETIO.sys
Attaching another dump logs
Any tips welcome | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 |

It looks like it works now. So far so good.
Yes I uninstall geek buddy which was left over a comodo, and yes I make sure i no longer exist in start menu
About Broadcom driver, it was not so easy, link provided does not contained upgrade for my Broadcom dev id, nevertheless managed to find alternative source.
I'll keep testing for a week and will mark as solved after that.
Thanks for the effort. | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 BSOD when using uTorrent problems? All times are GMT -5. The time now is 08:18 PM. | |
