BSOD when leaving computer to sleep

I've ignored this problem because it really hasn't come up much, but recently it's been happening about every other night if not every night when I put my laptop to sleep. I think I've attached the zip file with my minidumps correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I uninstalled avast and last night it didn't give me a BSOD, I'll give it a few more nights before I start celebrating though. Thanks a lot!
