BSOD after Using Blackmagic and New Ram

I've attached my dumpfile and have only done a couple of new things to my computer.

I started using the Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle w/USB 3.0 for my livestreaming and ordered 8 more gb of ram, identical to the 8 I already had, to better handle streaming for long periods of time. I was streaming for a while without problems and started getting the bsod pretty frequently after a while.

One of my error messages said "usb3.0" (something like that) so I thought that maybe updating the drivers would help, but alas it did not. I got another crash but there was no special message along with the one that's always there. I did a system restore and now I'm getting the "cdd.dll" error message with the crash.

I also did the "SFC/SCANNOW" in cmd and it said windows "found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them."

Not sure what other info you guys may need but that's all for now. Thanks so much in advance.

So quite a while later the diagnostic tool sent me new notifications of grabbing more dump info; the new folder is attached. This time it gave me a prompt to send it to .zip format.

Welcome to SevenForums.

Are the RAM clock/speeds same? Have you tried adjusting them?

Problematic software:

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Public:Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Public
McAfee antivirus can be a cause of frequent BSOD-s. Suggest you to uninstall it and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials to test.
Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Run the System File Checker again. Run about 3 times and reboot each time.
  • Click on the
  • Type CMD on Search
  • Left click and Run as Administrator
  • Type SFC /scannow
Full tutorial here:Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:
System Optimisers:

Please remove the following software:

Code:
1. Start Menu\Programs\Norton PC Checkup 3.0 Public:Start Menu\Programs\Norton PC Checkup 3.0 Public
2. Start Menu\Programs\CleanMyPC Registry Cleaner Public:Start Menu\Programs\CleanMyPC Registry Cleaner Public
These programs can often be a cause of BSOD-s. The windows 7 operating system does not require these registry cleaning software. They often tune-down rather than tune-up and can wreck the OS beyond repair. Microsoft have improved Windows 7 significantly and it is much better at organising and optimising itself than its predecessors. Check this, this and this thread for evidence.

If you feel the need to use a registry cleaning or optimisation software, most of us recommend the use of CCleaner but make sure you back up the registry before making letting ccleaner delete anything.

Free up the start-up, nothing except the antivirus is usually needed.
Update the graphic card drives:
Code:
2: kd> lmvm nvlddmkm
start end module name
fffff880`0f614000 fffff880`103d6000 nvlddmkm T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: nvlddmkm.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys
    Image name: nvlddmkm.sys

Click on the Start ► Control Panel ► Programs ► Uninstall a program ► Uninstall everything related to; NVIDIA and reboot the computer. Delete remnants of its drivers/older drivers using Driver Fusion/Sweeper

I uninstalled Mcafee but the NVIDIA driver link that I went to, the download on it stops at 50% installation and then there's a 7zip error message.

I uninstalled everything nvidia from the computer and the other 2 programs you asked me to and have attached the new zip/rar file of the file grab. I haven't crashed yet and also did all of the 36 windows updates that I've been neglecting.

I also did a restart with the startup programs off before I did the grab so pretty much everything has been done but updating the NVIDIA drivers I tried to get to install.

As for the RAM: the speeds in my BIOS were at 1333 and I changed the proposed to 1600 because those are the speeds my RAM is meant for. The voltage is normal, 1.5, and I had 8gb of it that were working normally and only added 8 more of the EXACT same kind so idk why it would be messing up now.

EDIT: It crashed again with the same normal BSOD error. I don't know what to do....

EDIT2: I also just installed the update for GeForce for the graphics driver to 306.97

I will do the Black Magic thing and I already ran the disk check. Do I need to save it's logs somehow or just let it attempt to fix it?

Thanks again.

Did you start getting crashes before or after the new RAM?

Your crashes are indicating RAM and/or the BM shuttle.

Code:
STOP 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility
Probably caused by : BlackmagicUsbIO.sys ( BlackmagicUsbIO+613d )

STOP 0x00000050: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
Usual causes: Defective hardware (particularly memory - but not just RAM), Faulty system service, Antivirus, Device driver, NTFS corruption, BIOS
Probably caused by : cdd.dll ( cdd!memmove+41 )
The second one can be RAM or your Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle.
Check for the latest driver and software from Blackmagic.
This is known to have issues, what USB3 controller do you have on your motherboard?
Have you checked the Intel motherboard site for updated drivers?

Can you download CPUZ and post a snip of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs. Post a SPD tab for the old RAM and one for the new RAM, use the drop box to select the RAM 'slot'.
For posting the information , enter 'Snipping tool' in the Start button > Search box, hit enter. Select the area you want to post and save to a convenient place.
How to Post a Screenshot in Seven Forums
Go to your BIOS and tell us what the CPU, RAM and the CPU integrated memory controller voltages are.

Your Event Logs are showing your CPU overheating.
Use Real Temp , to check the CPU temps when at idle, under load and/or testing.
Let us know the minimum and maximum temps you get.

I started getting the crashes after the new RAM but I get the USB 3.0 crash only when BlackMagic is plugged in. I also crash when the computer is just on, though. Not even running anything. Sometimes it lasts 7 hours of streaming before crashing and sometimes it just crashes after I start the computer back up.

EDIT: I also sometimes have this problem where I'm using BlackMagic and my keyboard doesn't work. To be CLEAR... the RAM is the exact same as the 8 I originally had. All I did was doubled the amount and it had been running fine months prior.

EDIT2: Renesas Electronics is the host controller of the USB. I updated the USB drivers on the mobo as well.

So now that I removed the new RAM and ran an SFC/scannow in CMD and it said it detected no violations. Could the new RAM be faulty?

I didn't realize that on the SPD tab there were 4 memory slots I could select. I only did one of the NEW but both of the OLD.

I've also attached the new file grab.
