BSOD, screen glitches. hardware malfunction?

I just started getting problems with screen glitches. I have a HP laptop on which the screen jumps up and down every now and then. Two days ago I got a BSOD and since I don't know how to read the information in the dump I decided to upload it here. Please note that I had some problems with the computer a few years ago, but HP fixed it.

Thanks in advance!

What antivirus do you use? And any particular reasons for not installing Service Pack 1?

I used Eset until a couple of months ago, but my subscription ran out so I'm currently without an Av-program. I know that it's stupid. No real reason why I haven't installed sp1. Do you think that it could have anything to do with the glitches?

Will post my suggestions one by one but first run virus scans.

Recommended antivirus program for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:-
Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.
  1. Click on User CP on the top right of this page
  2. Click on Edit System Spec
  3. Fill in your computer specs
Run these tools and delete anything they find.
ESET online scanner:Free up the start-up, nothing except the antivirus is usually needed.

Sorry for the late reply. I've been away for a couple of days, so I didn't get the time to follow your instructions. However, I've now done all the steps that you asked me.

Ok, any negative feedback from those?
And any new BSOD-s?

Well, the Malwarebyte found 16 files that were contaminated so I deleted them. Otherwise, no. Haven't been able to use the computer that much the last few days, but there hasn't been any BSOD's today at least. The screen hasn't been flimmering either.
