Sir,Still unable to copy files from windows/minidump folder to desktop,though i'm administrator still permission is denied.
I guess that would depend on you. If you don't overclock or do moderate ones, the best in it's price range is the Hyper 212+. If you are doing serious overclocking, you may have to go to a much more expensive cooler.
How to find over-clocked or not?
If you are overclocked, You would know it. You'd have to do it. If your bios is set to defaults, then you are not overclcoked.
What about your case and number, size and location of fans?
Mine is the normal case/cabinet its the circle brand with 2 Fans (80 mm X 25 mm),one on front of the case and other at back,the dimensions of the cabinet are,Width 182mm,Height 421mm,Depth 400mm and i keep the case side frame open and have air conditioner in the room,the idle temp of the room is 25C-27C,have the stock processor fan/heat-sink and one more thing SF Diag tool is not working I encounter the following error even as administrator:
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
Sorry, I can't help with the SF diagnostic tool. But, Could you point a house fan at the open side of the case to blow air in it. Then try playing games and running Furmark again to see if it helps with your temps. You may want to check the dimensions of your case and dimensions of the hyper 212 to make sure it will give you clearance to put the side on the case if you ever want to. Does your case have places to add additional fans? 2 80mm fans is not very good airflow.
Also, open an elevated command prompt ( click the start button, type cmd in the search box, and entry for cmd will appear, right click it and select run as administrator, give admin permission) Copy/paste this into the box that opens sfc /scannow . It is a system file checker. It will scan system files and attempt to repair any that are damaged or corrupted.
