    I'm not so computer "good"..

    So I have to post it here again? I have already done it? But I can do it..

    I don't know what's my problem caused if, bsod ore something. But look at my bluescreen information.. I don't know what do, please helped me, say what I have to do.

    Yes follow the easy directions on the link I posted. You have not done that yet and each BSOD can be different.

    there was all, i cannot post the hole map, didnt know why, i looked on the guide but i didnt get it, but over here are they...

    and i have done all the steps, i dont know why, i promise i have done all the steps and instructions and know when i test to grab only the MINIDUMP in the SF diagnostic so come this up--

    "one unhandled exception has occurred in your application software.

    could not complete the re-fences on some files and folders. more information, see the exemption data property"

    My final advice on this thread is to do a: Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

    Do not install the programs that were asked to remove.

    If this still does not stop the BSOD-s, you should take the laptop/desktop to the vendor and see what they have to say.
