So basically you want me to:
1 - Uninstall Folder Guard
2 - Delete \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvstor64.sys file
3 - Reinstall Disk Controllers
4 - Downgrade Nvidia Driver
Correct?

Correct?
1. Uninstall Folder Guard.
2. Update Nforce
3. After updating nForce, change the disc controller from nvstor to msahci.
4. Downgrade display driver.
5. Disc check thoroughly
6. Scan for virus and rootkit, for a safety reason.
I did everything you said except downgrading the Nvidia display driver...instead i made a clean install of the latest Nvidia display driver... and im still getting BSOD...

Well the problem was the Nvidia drivers like you said.
I used Driver Fusion and uninstalled every Nvidia driver and installed the GeForce 306.23 Driver, dated 13.9.2012 and so far its been 2 hours without a single BSOD.
I have been using IE with multiple tabs , multiple videos loading and streaming, multiple downloads and so far so good
Will let it run for a day or two and if no BSOD occurs then the problem is solved
For any else out there with the same problem and same hardware the latest Nvidia driver will get you a lot of BSODs so dont update it.
ourao, the latest one is not problematic for all, but for some unlucky people like us
Let us know how it works, I will be eager to know.
Yep the problem was the Nvidia drivers indeed
I have been BSOD free since my last post
Good luck to the rest of the BSODers and a huge thank you for all the help
