    Several BSOD


    Hi all,I formatted my pc recently, to try to solve some BSOD, but they came back again and again.

    I hope you can help me. If you needed more information let me know.

    Hello Gabriele.

    The display driver you are using is kinda old.

    Update it. Latest AMD Catalyst Video Driver for Windows 7

    Uninstall Avira. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
    Download and install those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

    Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
    How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
    Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight, per RAM module per slot.

    Let us know the results.

    I have the latest version (12.6) for my graphic card (ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series). Do you think it's safe install the 12.10 version even if my graphic card is notin the AMD Product Compatibility?

    I tested the RAM some days ago in every possible configuration, it work.

    In that case, wait a bit, and see, if the display caused crashes occur again, then it may be thought.

    Let us know how it works, after changing the AV program.

    I scan pc with both the programs,they didn't find suspect files.
    If I will have another BSOD, I will update the graphics card.
