Well, I would if I could, unless there is a chance the pc will get a BSOD while indefinitely stuck on the "windows is starting" screen. Ill keep it running in case though, meanwhile working off my roomie's comp.

Well I think you should go for a clean install then.

Have you backed-up all your data?

Alright, I think you are right there. And as far as the data, yes I have it all backed onto my external hard drive.

Thank you so much for your patience and help thus far, I really appreciate it.

After a complete re-install (minus the fountains of bloatware that came with this damn thing when I bought it.) It is running beautifully. I put the trouble programs back on and they work fine together now, no crashes or even minor slow-down.

Woo. Was going great, really happy with it. I installed a single game, and was playing it, and that was working fine. Went to play it again, then after a while it spontaneously locked up with a new Blue Screen, BCCode 19. Might be isolated from my previous hiccups, but I'll post the files regardless.

    Caused by Nvidia Drivers.
Install this version of the drivers: Download NVIDIA Forceware 306.23 WHQL Vista 64 - FileHippo.com
Uninstall current ones in the following way: Click on the Start ► Control Panel ► Programs ► Uninstall a program ► Uninstall everything related to; NVIDIA and restart the system. Delete remnants of its drivers/older drivers using Driver Fusion/Sweeper then install the version from the filehippo link.
