    BSOD playing various games, ntoskrnl.exe

I have a custom built PC that, for the past 3 years or so, has run fine. I haven't changed any hardware in the last year or so. As of 11/26, I've been getting BSOD after running video games for varying lengths of time (ten minutes to an hour) on a pretty consistent basis. When not running games, I don't seem to BSOD.

Unfortunately, I did a lot of (what I considered to be proactive) things to my computer on 11/26, including removing unused programs and updating my video driver. Unfortunately, I don't have a system restore point on my PC. I've tried rolling back my video driver, but that has not fixed the issue.

Attached are my last few minidumps. Thanks for your time.

    Looks good, thanks.

    behave inconsistently and fail.
Okay so from your files there seem to be lot of errors with your video cards memory. This may be a sign that it has gone bad or is about to. If your motherboard has an onboard vga, connect to that and see if it crashes while gaming. Try lowering the settings of the game if you have optimized them earlier.

Click on the Start ► Control Panel ► Programs ► Uninstall a program ► Uninstall everything related to; NVIDIA and restart the system. Delete remnants of its drivers/older drivers using Driver Fusion/Sweeper

Download this version of the drivers and install them:
Then stress test the video cards memory:

From one of the reports it looks like a very old driver from is contributing in crashes. Check for an update on its driver and see if updating it helps.

Alright, went ahead and did everything listed above.

Fully uninstalled Nvidia, then installed the one posted above. The memory stress test came back with 0 faults.

I was able to update Envy24HF driver.

Ran Furmark and Speccy. Temperature peaked at 85 about 6 or so minutes in, ran the test for about 20 minutes total. No artifacting or crashing. I did forget to take a picture right after the test finished, though.

I'm going to run a few games and see if I get a BSOD, but everything's looking pretty alright at this point. I'll give it a couple of days and mark as solved if everything stays stable.

Same BSOD about 1 hour into playing Far Cry 3. Probably exactly when you responded, coincidentally.

Attached new info with most recent crash.

I will take a look at them later.
If you haven't performed the video memory test, you should do that now.
