BSOD when surfing web CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT

Hey there! I got another BSOD today but this time it was not the hardware one it was the Clock_Watchdog_Timeout. All i was doing is surfing the web and had done for 30 mins.

If someone could check the files and get back to me i will be very great full.

Thanks
