BSOD New system build, memory_management and kmod_exception_not_handle

Hello, I have a new build going that uses some parts from my previous set up..

Asrock z77 extreme4 (new)
Intel i7 3770k Ivy Bridge (new)
Coolmaster 212 Evo (new)
nvidia 560 1gbvram and a nvidia 9600 2gb vram (both from my previous build)
crucial ballistic sport 16gb (4x 4gb) (new) (memtest found errors in 2 of the sticks, the other 2 no errors were found)
750W Modular (previous build)
Rosewill Thor V2 Full Tower
500GB and 1TB Hard drive (both from previous build, both been working strong as usual, never had any errors)

My previous build used a different mobo and an amd processor, never had a single blue screen or installation of windows errors, so I don't think any of the parts i simple swapped into my new build are defected.

I had previously had all the ram in, had many MANY bsods, i finally ran mem test and caught the 2 sticks having a few errors, as I ran a test on the last 2 sticks for multiple times, 3-5 passes, no errors.

I reinstalled windows once again, most of the bsods went away. I thought i was good... until I got another bsod.

Keep in mind too that I have kaspersky anti virus, and I get these bsods before having that installed even.

On this first bsod, it gave me the system_service_exception bsod while installing drivers for my mobo. restarted, continued.

Next day, simple using google chrome, I got a bsod, video memory fatal error
Weird because on my previous build, i never had ONE problem like this, never, and it used these two graphics cards I currently have.

Next day, the system_service_exception came back, while i was browsing through my Steam games list.

I have also tried running scf/scannow or whatever that was but never solved it

Other than those, I am able to play video games without a problem, never had a BSOD during a video game.

I decided to reinstall windows again, so i did. this time, i did only the important windows updates, and did little by little at a time, and noticed I had more successful updates than before, where it gave me multiple failed updates. (Never had a failed update on my previous build)

On this installation of windows, which is the current, the first bsod i get, is the memory_management while downloading BF3 on origins, but i cancelled the download and restarted it. i didn't get this bsod on my previous installation.. and it's been awhile and I haven't gotten any of the previous bsods, but different ones this time.
Today while windows 7 was logging in, i get the bsod, kmode_exception_not_handled
blue screen view shows it's klif.sys ntoskrnl.exe win32k.sys

I don't think kaspersky would cause any of these problems because I've never had a problem with kaspersky before and I use to reformat each year to a fresh installation on my old build, no problems, ever.

I am getting fed up with this as I have done 5+ fresh window installations, driver installations, and running driver verifier. Could this be faulty hardware? When I play games I never blue screen and they run 100% fine. This mobo is known for problems but I think if it was faulty hardware I'd get more consistent problems.

Sorry about typing so much, I'd rather let you all know what I have already done rather than having people ask me and having a bunch of posts of confusion.

I hope someone can help me figure this out. I have attached the files in the zip.

Thanks

Hello Vinny.

It is crashed by Klif Mini-Filter fre_wnet_x86 (Kaspersky).
Code:
fffff880`0d360948 fffff880`0452f18eUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\klif.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for klif.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for klif.sys

It is strongly recommended that you uninstall Kaspersky using Kaspersky Removal Tool.
Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Download and install those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Otherwise, number of installations and uninstallations might not be able to solve the BSOD issues there. At least do it as a test, and let us know if there is any difference or not.

Alright I will try that now. It takes awhile for it to blue screen, but I will do this now and I will post if anything happens or if nothing happens after awhile. Thanks for the quick help so far!

malwarebytes has 13 threats

Arc, I did what you suggested. Windows security essentials didn't find anything. Malwarebytes found 13 threats, and I have the log of it here in the attached files. Should I select all 13 threats and have it remove them or only remove the default selected threats? I don't know if any of these threats were in relation with my bsods, and a quick question as I go through the day to see if i blue screen, for what you mentioned earlier about the kaspersky possible giving me a blue screen, which blue screen would it have been giving me?
Both?
One of them?
Why on my previous install of windows, I got different blue screens (system_service exception ; video memory fatal error), and on this one, I don't get either of those, but now I get the memory_management and kmode_exception_not_handled
I did everything the same for my current windows installation as my installation of windows right before this one.

I also have google chrome webpages randomly crash but they reload right back up, on my previous build that never happened either. I don't get why all this is being incompatable.

I still have to wait for a blue screen, if it will occur again. If there are no more bsods, is there a way to get kaspersky to work? Or would I need a different anti virus?

Sorry for all the questions, I've done so much on trying to figure this out, learned some new things, but am trying to succeed in fixing the problem(s).

Thanks for the help so far Arc, and anyone else who cares to join in!

Remove all those 13 threats...

As you have uninstalled Kaspersky, well done. MSE is a better one, alongwith MBAM, as you have just seen. Kaspersky failed to protect you.

Let us know if it crashes again.

Well, I think (hoping) those two blue screens are gone for good... but I got a new one today during start up. I have not changed any drivers. The only new thing I have installed was Games for Windows Live.

attempted_execute_of_noexecute_memory

here are the dmp files for the blue screen that occurred today (12/11/2012)
This includes my previous dump files too. I wasn't sure how to only grab the todays BSOD but it's in there dated for 12-11-2012

Also, I have noticed 1 out of every 6 start ups or so, windows freezes while loading desktop, or MSE has an error and even if I try to manually open it, it gives an error and I have to restart to get it to work.

Thanks for the help so far.

EDIT: Very sorry about not attaching the file. I forgot. thanks!

Got another blue screen randomly, I wasn't even doing anything at my computer and it just happened.

system_thread_exception_not_handled

ill post the dmp files again...

No matter how or what I install, it blue screens. I'm starting to think the processor or mobo is bad..

the zip file is down here... thanks for the help so far

Scan the system for possible virus infection.
Let us know the results. You need to do the scans, though you have done it earlier with some other programs. The first one will scan for a special type of malware that is very needed here.

Also, my senior debugger Tews says, you need to test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight, per RAM module per slot.
